About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer / Contractor to manage and execute construction activities for our hydroponic farm setups. The role involves working across multiple project sites and ensuring smooth execution from pre-construction to completion.

What Youll Do

- Handle site execution for hydroponic infrastructure projects

- Manage pre-site planning and preparation

- Supervise civil construction activities (foundations, structures, layouts)

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

- Ensure timely project completion and quality standards

- Handle multiple sites simultaneously

- Provide on-site problem solving and technical direction

What Were Looking For





- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- 2 3 years of site experience (mandatory)

- Solid knowledge of construction practices and site management

- Willingness to travel frequently

- Ability to handle multiple projects independently

- Good communication and coordination skills

Nice to Have

- Experience in agriculture infrastructure, greenhouse, or hydroponics projects

- Exposure to project management and vendor handling
