:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction projects at site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution and be fluent in Kannada for effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor project progress and maintain site reports
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the construction site
- Handle material planning and site measurements
- Liaise with clients and consultants as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering




- Minimum 2 years of site experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Mandatory: Fluency in Kannada

Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

- Experience in residential/commercial building projects
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
