M/s Subhash Mandhan Engineers & Contractors (SMEC) is a leading Civil & Mechanical Contracting Company specializing in industrial, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed within the project schedule.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.

Ensure quality control as per IS Codes, project specifications, and company standards.

Plan and manage labour, subcontractors, machinery, and material requirements.

Verify measurements and maintain daily progress reports.

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.





Ensure proper execution of RCC, Steel, Masonry, Finishing, Industrial Buildings, and Infrastructure Works.

Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.

Maintain site documentation, work records, and measurement books.

Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.

Ensure optimum utilization of resources and minimize material wastage.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of RCC, Structural, Finishing, Industrial, and Infrastructure works.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Knowledge of AutoCAD.

Basic understanding of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of quality and safety standards.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, institutional, or infrastructure construction projects.
