Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor's Program in Civil Engineering

Shall be able to

1. Supervise the civil construction works effectively for quality and safety aspects.

2. Communicate well with peer and subordinate groups and also with customers and sub-contractors.

3. Demonstrate relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in large to mega construction projects.

4. Use the latest relevant digital tools to improve the efficiency of construction at site.

5. Lead the team by being a good team player.

6. Exhibit valuable analytical skills and take initiatives to control costs.

7. Make decisions related to the work effectively.

8. Plan and organize the required resources on time proactively for the works planned.

9. Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and understand their stake in the project.

10. Understand the SOPs and comply with them, ensuring the same is implemented in his work area.
