Job Purpose To plan, execute, monitor, and deliver high-rise building construction activities in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Execute all civil works related to high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate structural, architectural, and finishing works for timely completion.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Resolve site execution issues in coordination with consultants and the design team.

Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly execution plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays with corrective action plans.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, machinery, and resources.

Quality Management
- Ensure construction activities comply with project quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and ensure work conforms to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor cube tests, material quality, and QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.

Safety Management
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
- Promote protected working practices across all construction activities.
- Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions.

Contractor Management
- Monitor contractor productivity and performance.
- Verify contractor bills based on executed quantities.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met within the agreed timelines.

Cost & Billing
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Review BOQs, quantities, and work measurements.




- Support billing, cost control, and budget monitoring activities.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain DPRs, quality records, site documentation, and MIS reports.
- Track project milestones and submit progress updates to management.
