Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Chennai.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing structural and infrastructural elements related to vehicle modification facilities and associated projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings, conducting site assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with project managers, designers, and fabrication teams. The role also involves managing stormwater and drainage systems, optimizing layouts for workshops and parking areas, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and providing technical guidance throughout execution.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all civil works support efficient, secure, and high-quality vehicle modification operations.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in civil engineering concepts, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills.





Experience working as Civil Engineers on planning and execution of infrastructure or facility development projects.

Knowledge of Planning for civil works, layout optimization, and project scheduling.

Understanding of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site grading for industrial or commercial facilities.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.

Proficiency with CAD or other design and drafting software used in civil engineering projects.

Ability to conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and communicate technical information clearly.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.

Prior experience in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing facility projects is an advantage.
