Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.

Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.

Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.

Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.

Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.

Ensure compliance with IS codes, company standards, and safety norms.

Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.

Communicate effectively with the project team, clients,



and management.

Key Skills Required

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards

Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (preferred)

Valuable leadership and team coordination skills

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Willingness to work at project sites across Tamil Nadu Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting

Experience with AutoCAD

Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
