Role Description The Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bareilly.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and implementing civil engineering plans related to infrastructure and security projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Daily tasks include performing site assessments, preparing drawings and technical reports, coordinating with project managers and contractors, and monitoring construction progress for quality and safety. The role also involves planning and managing stormwater systems,



addressing structural and drainage issues, and providing technical support during project execution.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications Civil engineering design skills, including Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering expertise.

Solid Planning capabilities for project scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination.

Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools).

Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and construction practices.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Prior experience in on-site supervision and quality control for civil works is an advantage.
