Job Title Civil Draftsman Draftswoman Job Type Full-time Introduction We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman Draftswoman to join our team of professionals As a Civil Draftsman Draftswoman you will play a crucial role in translating engineering designs and plans into technical drawings using computer-aided design CAD software Your precision and ability to interpret complex specifications will contribute directly to the successful execution of various civil engineering projects Key Responsibilities Interpret rough sketches drawings and specifications created by engineers and architects Prepare detailed drawings of civil engineering projects such as roads bridges pipelines and utilities Ensure drawings comply with applicable standards regulations and client requirements Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to resolve design issues and discrepancies Modify and revise drawings as necessary to correct errors and accommodate design changes Calculate dimensions quantities and materials needed for construction projects Create and maintain a library of drawings drafts and designs Assist in estimating project costs and preparing project documentation Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Civil Draftsman Draftswoman or similar role in the civil engineering field Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines Job Type Full time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
