Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against these plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the construction process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.
- Robust understanding of civil project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in construction supervision, site engineering, building construction methods.
