You will be responsible for setting up company operations in the Region. You must have a flair for generating good ideas and be able to execute them on-ground.

Positive communication skills are essential as you will be required to convey concepts and ideas effectively to the team as well as taking responsibility for providing continuous direction to team members when required.

You must have meticulous attention to detail, the ability to view the bigger picture. You must ensure that consistency of quality efforts is upheld throughout a project.

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing & ensuring execution of Operational Processes to efficiently operate and grow the business

· Laying down the roadmap for expanding the student and teacher base in the city for new account acquisition for the city and ensuring its execution

· Strategizing and executing projects aligned with the business requirements and setting aggressive timelines to achieve them

· Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations.

· Proactively experimenting new processes thus promoting an Innovative and Entrepreneurial culture within the team

· Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence

· Performing ad-hoc analysis and reports based on business needs





· Responsible for P&L; sustaining and growing the city's revenues

· Initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones, thereby ensuring a healthy mix of partners.

· Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and being the face of Cuemath in that community.

· Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible

- Managing a team of training managers and cluster managers

- Good understanding of the city

- Exploring partnership opportunities with local and national brands

- Conducting on the ground interventions for lead gen and branding purpose

Skills and Qualifications:

· B.E./B.Tech./MBA from Tier I/Tier II Colleges only

· Relevant work experience of 4+ years in Business Development/ Operations.

· Good Communication Skills – Oral Communication (Command over English and Hindi)

· Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally

· Prefer Local Resident
