We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive solution design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce CRM initiatives. The role involves leading Salesforce teams, architecting scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud, and collaborating with global stakeholders to enhance CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce solution design and delivery for complex business requirements.
- Manage and mentor Salesforce Developers and Business Analysts.
- Drive sprint planning, code reviews, backlog grooming, and technical governance.
- Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
- Architect integrations with MuleSoft, SAP, ServiceNow, and enterprise data platforms.
- Establish development standards, CI/CD practices, release management, and DevOps processes.
- Support Salesforce AI initiatives, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Copilot capabilities.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, PI planning, and technical review sessions.

Required Skills :





- 59 years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead/Architect role.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce Platform Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, REST APIs, Integrations, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience leading Salesforce teams in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Application Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud.

Valuable to Have :

- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma, or MedTech industries.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Field Service.
- Exposure to Salesforce Shield, Agentforce, and Einstein AI capabilities.
- Experience managing large-scale CRM transformation programs.
