Role Description The Cinema Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, India, responsible for overseeing daily cinema operations and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role manages theatre staff scheduling, performance, and training, and ensures compliance with operational, safety, and hygiene standards.

The Cinema

Manager monitors ticketing, concessions, and auditorium readiness, resolving issues quickly to maintain smooth show runs and high customer satisfaction. The role involves tracking sales and occupancy, supporting local promotional activities,



and coordinating with distribution partners and central management on programming and business plans.

Manager also handles cash management, basic reporting, and inventory control for concessions and supplies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret sales, occupancy, and performance data and support operational decisions.
