CIAM ForgeRock

We are looking for a hands-on CIAM ForgeRock professional with strong experience in customer identity and access management solutions. The role focuses on implementing, integrating, and supporting identity capabilities across digital channels and customer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support CIAM solutions using ForgeRock AM, IDM, IG, and DS.
- Work with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and JWT for secure authentication and authorization.
- Integrate identity services with web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Support identity lifecycle management, user authentication flows, and access management processes.
- Collaborate with application, security,



product, and UX teams to deliver secure and seamless customer identity experiences.
- Work on REST API security, including modern authentication and token-based access patterns.
- Troubleshoot and support identity issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Handle browser security concepts such as cookies, CORS, and session management as needed.
- Work with platform and DevOps teams for cloud-native deployments; AKS/Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Support modernization efforts and migration activities, including transitions to PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC).

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform components:
- AM
- IDM
- IG
- DS

- Solid understanding of CIAM concepts and digital identity journeys.
- Experience implementing SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JWT, and related identity protocols.
- Familiarity with web technologies, browser behavior, cookies, CORS, and session handling.
- Experience integrating identity solutions with customer-facing applications and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot, support, and enhance identity solutions in a delivery setting.

Preferred Profile

- A technically strong CIAM ForgeRock practitioner who is comfortable with implementation, integration, and support.
- Someone with direct experience working on digital identity solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Exposure to modernization or migration projects involving PingOne AIC is preferred.
