Role Description The Child Psychologist will provide remote, part-time psychological care for children and adolescents using MantraCare’s AI-supported platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, delivering evidence-based therapy, and performing psychological testing as appropriate.

The role involves collaborating with families and caregivers to develop treatment plans, offering guidance on behavioral and emotional challenges, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals when needed.

The Child

Psychologist will document sessions accurately, maintain high standards of clinical ethics and confidentiality,



and engage with digital tools and telehealth workflows to enhance access and continuity of care.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with specific experience in child and adolescent populations.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing relevant to children and adolescents, including assessment, interpretation, and reporting.
- Experience in Family Therapy, including work with parents, guardians, and caregivers to support child well-being.
- Understanding of Medicine as it relates to pediatric mental health, including collaboration with medical providers and awareness of comorbid conditions.
- Advanced degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related field; licensure or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist or equivalent in the candidate’s practicing region.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, behavioral therapy, play therapy) via telehealth in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and comfort working in a technology-enabled, data-informed workplace.
- Prior experience with digital health platforms, remote care, or AI-assisted clinical workflows is beneficial.
