Role Overview :

As the Chief Technology Officer based in Mumbai, you will serve as the primary architect of our technological vision, steering the companys digital transformation and infrastructure evolution. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and cross-functional department heads to align technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.

By overseeing the entire IT ecosystem, you will ensure that our platforms remain scalable, secure, and innovative, directly impacting customer experience and operational efficiency while maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports business growth and scalability to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure and operations to guarantee high availability, performance, and reliability for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish robust IT governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and maintain operational integrity across the organization.
- Lead the information security roadmap by implementing advanced cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain stakeholder trust.




- Drive digital innovation by identifying emerging technologies that can optimize business processes and enhance the value delivered to our end users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex enterprise-grade IT infrastructure with a focus on high-scale, secure environments.
- Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps, backed by 13 to 18 years of progressive experience in technology leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in IT governance and information security standards, ensuring that all technical operations adhere to global best practices and regulatory requirements.
- A strategic mindset that balances immediate operational needs with long-term innovation, coupled with the adaptability to thrive in a high-pressure, hybrid work workplace in Mumbai.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred to support the technical rigor required for this role.
