- Coordinate due diligence with investors, lenders, and advisors, and track covenants and deliverables across financing arrangements.
- Act as the key liaison with the investor community; prepare board packs, quarterly update presentations, and manage board agendas, minutes, and follow through.
4. Partnerships, Ecosystem, and Industry Representation
- Identify and support strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and supplier collaborations, and work with leadership on deal structuring and execution.
- Represent the Company in industry bodies, taskforces, forums, and events, and help build its narrative in the aerospace ecosystem.
- Travel as required to strengthen relationships with partners, investors, and institutions in India and abroad.
5. Operations, Reporting, and Organisation
- Own critical cross functional projects end to end, and build systems, processes, and document standards for scalable execution.
- Design and run MIS, KPI trackers, and dashboards that give leadership real time visibility into programmes, performance, and milestones.
- Support hiring across key roles, build HR processes and culture, and drive organisational structure aligned with growth plans.
6. Communication and AI Enabled Efficiency

- Integrate AI and automation across workflows,
from document production to reporting and programme tracking, to improve speed and quality of execution.

- High ownership and the ability to operate in ambiguity within a first of its kind venture.
- Exceptional communication, with the ability to produce institutional grade documents for regulators, boards, investors, and international partners.
- Exceptional stakeholder management across government, institutional, corporate, and international counterparts.
