NChief Financial Officer (CFO) – Venue Development Division

NRole Objective

nLead financial strategy, capital structuring, project finance, investor relations, governance, and financial performance for the venue development business.

NKey Result Areas (KRAs)

N1. Financial Strategy & Planning

N- Develop long-term financial models for venue projects.

N- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

N2. Project Finance & Fundraising

N- Secure debt, equity, and structured finance for venue development.

N- Engage banks, PE funds,family offices, sovereign funds, and strategic investors.

N- Lead fundraising and capital deployment strategies.

N3. Commercial & Investment Analysis

N- Evaluate venue investment opportunities.

N- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI assessments.





N- Monitor project economics and profitability.

N4. Financial Governance &Compliance;

N- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, taxation, and accounting standards.

N- Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems.

N5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

N- Optimize working capital and liquidity.

N- Manage project cash flows and capital expenditure.

N6. Investor Relations

n- Support interactions with analysts, investors, lenders, and shareholders.
