Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Thrissur

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 10+ Years (NBFC/Financial Services Preferred) in Robust expertise in financial planning, taxation, audit, compliance, and leadership

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and MIS.
- Manage regulatory compliance (RBI, GST, Income Tax) and oversee audits.
- Handle treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and fund management.
- Implement internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Drive profitability, cost optimization, and performance analysis (KPIs).
- Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Manage and mentor finance team; collaborate with board and stakeholders.
- Oversee investor relations, credit ratings, and fundraising activities.
- Drive financial systems, automation, and strategic projects.
