Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead Finwell Growth Solutions’ overall strategy, operations, and growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and long-term vision. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jhansi and involves overseeing financial consulting services, driving business development,



and nurturing client relationships with small and growing enterprises. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic priorities, guiding business planning, managing budgets and resources, and monitoring performance across functional areas.

Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring senior team members, strengthening internal processes, and ensuring high-quality advisory delivery that meets client needs and regulatory expectations. The CEO will also represent the company in key external forums, build partnerships, and identify new opportunities to expand Finwell Growth’s presence and impact. CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
