Key Responsibilities

- Lead the national B2C business strategy for AVPL International and the 1 Panchayat – 1 Drone Udhami Mission.
- Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing, automation, AI-powered CRM, lead generation, and marketing technology.
- Build and manage the pan-India consumer sales network.
- Develop and scale the Drone Udhami ecosystem across India.
- Lead inside sales, telesales, digital sales, and omnichannel customer acquisition.
- Create automated lead nurturing, conversion, and customer engagement systems.
- Drive franchise, channel partner, and Drone Suvidha Kendra customer acquisition.
- Own consumer revenue, CAC, conversion rates, and digital sales performance.
- Collaborate with technology teams to automate business processes and customer journeys.
- Develop national campaigns to expand rural entrepreneurship.
