Role Level: Commis II / Commis III About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Chef to lead a single Protein Box kitchen. This role is ideal for someone at a Commis II / Commis III level who is ready to take ownership of an entire kitchen unit — from food quality to team coordination and daily operations. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely preparation of all meals as per Protein Box SOPs and recipes Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all orders Manage daily kitchen operations including prep planning, inventory usage, and order flow Lead and supervise a small team (3–4 kitchen staff), including task allocation and shift coordination Ensure all subscriber meals and online orders are dispatched on time without errors Operate and manage POS system (Petpooja) for order tracking and billing Handle online delivery operations (Zomato / Swiggy), including order management, packaging, and coordination Maintain hygiene, cleanliness,
