Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns. Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and response timelines.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline.



Excellent written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency. Solid problem-solving and customer service skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
