:

- Manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting

- Ensure statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, RERA, and other applicable regulations

- Oversee budgeting, MIS, financial planning, and cost control

- Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency

- Provide strategic financial insights to support management decision-making

- Handle project-wise accounting, cash flow, and fund management

- Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounts team

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CA Inter with 8–10+ years of experience.

- Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry will be preferred.

- Solid knowledge of Income Tax, GST, RERA compliance, Companies Act, and statutory regulations.





- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, cash flow management, and financial planning.

- Proven expertise in project-wise accounting, cost control, and fund management.

- Experience handling internal and statutory audits and coordinating with auditors.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor finance & accounts teams.

- Proficient in ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
