NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a Accountant with 2-5 years of experience to strengthen our finance, accounting, compliance, taxation, MIS, and financial-control functions.

NThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants to work closely with founders and business teams in a fast-growing QSR environment.

NKey Responsibilities

nManage monthly and annual books closure across outlets and business entities

NReview accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, expenses, receivables, and payables

NEnsure timely GST, TDS, income-tax, and other statutory compliances

NCoordinate with auditors,tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities

NPrepare monthly MIS, outlet-wise profitability, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards

NMonitor food cost, outletexpenses, gross margins, contribution margins, and operational variances

NStrengthen internal controls for purchases, inventory, cash, billing, refunds, discounts, and vendor payments





NConduct outlet-level financial reviews and identify revenue leakage or cost-control opportunities

NSupport budgeting, forecasting, fundraising due diligence, and financial modelling

NReview vendor agreements,payment terms, taxation implications, and commercial documentation

NSupport implementation and improvement of accounting, POS, inventory, and ERP systems

NEnsure proper documentation and audit readiness across all outlets

NAssist the leadership team in evaluating new outlets, cities, formats, and expansion opportunities

NPreferred Candidate Profile

N- Solid understanding ofaccounting standards, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance

N- Good command over Excel, financial modelling, MIS, and data analysis

N- Experience in QSR, foodand beverage, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or multi-outlet businesses is preferred

N- Exposure to inventory accounting, food costing, outlet profitability, or POS reconciliation will be an advantage

N- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led organization

N- Strong ownership, attention to detail, commercial thinking, and problem-solving ability

N- Willingness to work hands-on and visit outlets whenever required
