NEligibility:

- Minimum 1 year ofexperience in Internal Audit or Statutory Audit
N
- Hands-on knowledge of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and/or Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) is mandatory
N

nKey Responsibilities:

N

n
- Perform accurate and timely NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation and verification for AIF and PMS portfolios.
N
- Manage fund accounting activities, including corporate actions, capital accounting, and reconciliations.
N
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other applicable statutory requirements.
N
- Coordinate with internal, concurrent, and statutory auditors for NAV verification and audit processes.
N
- Calculate and verify management fees, brokerage, custody charges, and other fund-related expenses.
N
- Liaise with fund managers, custodians, brokers,



and other stakeholders to resolve NAV-related queries.
N
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives for NAV processing and reconciliations.
N
- Prepare MIS reports andregulatory reports as required.
N

nKey Skills:

- Strong understanding of Fund Accounting and NAV Computation
N
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations governing AIF/PMS
N
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial/accounting software
N
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
N
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
N
- Confident in leading and managing a team effectively.
