We are hiring a CA Inter with 0–3 years of experience to work across accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit support, and finance operations for quick-growing Indian and international clients. This role offers hands-on exposure across:

Accounting • Taxation • Statutory Compliance • MIS • Audit Support • Finance Operations • Client Coordination You will work closely with founders, CA partners, auditors, and client teams across industries including technology, GCCs, D2C, startups, and global companies entering India.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Reporting

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities

Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations

Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting

Prepare MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports

Review ledgers and identify discrepancies





Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Tax & Statutory Compliance

Assist with GST and TDS compliance and filings

Support tax calculations and reconciliations

Maintain compliance trackers and filing schedules

Assist with routine statutory compliances

Ensure timely completion of assigned compliance activities

Audit Support & Internal Controls

Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors

Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents

Assist with audit queries and financial data requirements

Support internal control and process improvement initiatives

Maintain audit-ready financial documentation

Finance Operations

Support AP/AR and payment processes

Monitor expenses, receivables, and vendor accounts

Assist with budgeting and financial analysis

Support financial projections and reporting

Prepare financial reports and dashboards

Client Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks, and internal teams

Maintain structured and organised financial documentation

Support client queries related to accounting and compliance

Ensure timely communication and follow-up on financial matters Who You Are:

CA Inter with 0–3 years of experience





Strong understanding of accounting and taxation fundamentals

Basic knowledge of GST and TDS

Good command of MS Excel

Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is a plus

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks, entities, and deadlines

Strong learning mindset and willingness to take ownership

Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced setting Good to Have:

Experience working with startups, technology companies, D2C businesses, or GCCs

Exposure to multi-entity accounting

Experience with marketplace reconciliations such as Amazon or Flipkart

Basic understanding of FEMA/RBI regulations
