We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function, ensuring statutory compliance, managing financial reporting, implementing strong financial controls, and leading a high-performing accounts team. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial due diligence.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Develop and implement financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, ROC filings,
and other statutory submissions.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Drive automation and process improvements within the finance function.
Support management with MIS reports, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial data.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
8–15 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance.
Experience managing a finance/accounting team.
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
