Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage change requests from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of all changes made to systems, applications, or processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented changes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in Change Management or related field (e.g., IT Services & Consulting).
- Robust understanding of change request management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks.
