Role: CFD Engineer

Job Location- Pune

Experience- 2 to 8 years

:

Expectations:

1. Work with and for SME-Acoustic group SME-Acoustic Development Engineer
2. Perform 1D Acoustic and Backpressure of exhaust system Analysis from request to report
3. Perform acoustic and Backpressure exhaust system design optimization

Requirements:

1. Engineer - Minimum 2 yrs professional experience in automotive
2. Minimum Bachelors level education in Mechanical engineering or similar
3. Computer skills Fluent in basic tasks in Windows setting, Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge / skills:

1. Analytical skills – Problem solving
2. Design of Experiments (DOE), Multi-Objective Optimization (MOO) is a plus
3. Analytical software knowledge is a plus, including software like:
4. GT-Power, Realis Wave, Hypermesh, Catia V5, ModeFrontier
5. CFD software (ie. CCM+, Fluent)
6. Acoustics of ICE and exhaust systems knowledge is a plus
7. For Senior engineer is a must
8. Knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment is a plus
