Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. Responsibilities:
- Focus: Design, build, validation, and production support
- Provide L2 production support for Oracle Cerner
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Resolve incidents within SLA while ensuring patient safety and data accuracy
- Configure and maintain components
- Configure and support workflows
