24/7 Pharmacy | Mumbai | Full-time

We are looking for a pharmacist who can do more than answer medicine queries.

This person will become the single point of ownership for every phone and WhatsApp order—from the customer’s first message until the order is delivered.

You will understand the requirement, identify the correct medicine, capture the prescription and address, coordinate with the appropriate store, follow up on billing, packing and rider assignment, keep the customer updated, and close the request only after fulfilment.

What you will own

Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp orders

Understand medicine brands, salts, strengths, dosage forms and compositions

Clarify unclear medicine names or customer requirements

Collect prescriptions, delivery addresses and order details accurately

Assign orders to the appropriate 24/7 fulfilment node

Coordinate continuously with store pharmacists, billing teams and riders

Follow every order until it is delivered, cancelled or conclusively resolved

Proactively update customers regarding availability, delays and delivery timelines

Maintain clear order records, statuses and shift handovers

Reduce the operational pressure on in-store pharmacists by owning remote-order coordination The person we are looking for

Registered D.Pharm or B.Pharm

Solid knowledge of medicine brands,



compositions and common alternatives

Excellent conversational and customer-service skills

Explicit communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage

Calm, patient and reassuring with elderly customers and caregivers

Highly organised and excellent at coordination

Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets and digital systems

Persistent enough to follow an order through without becoming abrasive

Strong sense of ownership—“I am tracking it” rather than “I forwarded it”

Why this role matters

You will be the human control tower connecting customers, stores, inventory and delivery teams.

As our technology platform goes live, routine coordination will become increasingly automated. The person who understands this workflow deeply will have the opportunity to grow into a larger role within central pharmacy operations, customer experience and fulfilment management.

This is not a conventional counter-pharmacist role.

It is for someone who combines medication intelligence, empathy, communication and relentless follow-through.
