Operations

Management

Oversee operations across all hostel properties from Gurugram HQ. Ensure SOP implementation and operational consistency. Monitor occupancy, service quality, and key performance metrics.

- Team Coordination

Coordinate with Property Managers and on-ground teams. Support hiring, training, and performance reviews. Conduct regular operational review meetings. 3.

Process

Optimization & Quality Control

Identify process gaps and improve operational efficiency. Conduct audits to maintain service and brand standards. Build reporting systems and track property performance.

- Performance & Cost Control

Track revenue, expenses, and profitability across properties. Improve cost efficiency through better resource management. Manage vendor coordination and procurement oversight. 5.

Guest

Experience & Compliance

Monitor guest reviews and resolve escalations. Ensure high service standards across properties. Maintain compliance with operational and safety regulations.

Profile

Education:



Degree/Diploma in Hospitality

Experience: 4–5 years in hotel/hostel operations Skills:

Strong leadership and communication Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Valuable with Excel, MIS, PMS and OTAs Ability to manage multiple properties.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
