Company Description NURA - Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with specialized medical expertise. The organization focuses on regular health screening programs to detect cancers and lifestyle diseases at an early stage. NURA’s services support healthy, asymptomatic individuals in identifying potential risks early, improving the chances of successful treatment and long-term health outcomes.

The company currently operates centers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai and is expanding its presence to additional locations.

Role Description The Center in Charge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role oversees day-to-day operations of the screening center, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to clinical and safety protocols, and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating appointment schedules, monitoring equipment readiness, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Center in Charge also collaborates with medical and technical teams to maintain service quality, manages basic administrative and reporting tasks,



and supports local outreach or marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare center management, clinic administration, or similar operational leadership roles.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with clients, clinical staff, and external partners.

Familiarity with healthcare protocols, patient service standards, and basic quality and safety compliance requirements.

Comfort with technology-driven environments, including digital scheduling systems and reporting tools; exposure to diagnostic or imaging centers is an advantage.

Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage schedules, and support staff training and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, life sciences, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

Willingness to work on-site full time in Chennai and maintain a client-focused, ethical, and professional approach.
