Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Celonis Value Engineer to lead process mining initiatives and drive business transformation using the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS). This role focuses on identifying value opportunities, designing impactful use cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Process Consulting Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end process assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements and map current-state processes. Benchmark processes against industry standards and best practices to identify gaps and improvement areas. Develop future-state process designs and transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic business goals. Advise clients on change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.

Key Process Mining Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and identify process inefficiencies. Translate business challenges into Celonis use cases and value-driven solutions. Design and deliver impactful analyses using Celonis EMS to uncover root causes and improvement opportunities.

Develop and present value realization plans,



including KPIs, ROI, and business impact. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data modeling and integration. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote Celonis adoption and process excellence.

Continuously monitor and optimize existing Celonis use cases for sustained value. Stay current with Celonis product capabilities and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Strong experience in business process improvement, consulting, or analytics. Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS and process mining methodologies.

Robust understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or IT. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications: Celonis certification (e.g., Celonis Analyst, Value Engineer, Celonis Value assessment & realization expert).

Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation projects. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement frameworks.
