We are looking for an experienced CDMA/RA Project Manager with a strong background in managing IT projects within the Life Sciences domain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing eTMF, Safety (Pharmacovigilance), and CRM systems and be responsible for managing the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end implementation of eTMF, Safety, and CRM systems.
- Lead the complete SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,
and meet quality standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Required Skills:-
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience implementing eTMF, Safety (Pharmacovigilance), and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end SDLC process.
- Experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
