We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the IDFC Bank process in Thane. Candidates with good English communication skills and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, banking procedures, and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
- Valuable English communication skills are mandatory.




- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a customer service/banking process.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates from customer service, BPO, banking, or voice processes are also eligible.
- Candidates with strong communication skills will be preferred.
