The candidate will take care of the following responsibilities in the industrial coatings category:

- Market intelligence and customer insighting
- Channel management
- Key account management
- Monthly Forecast and supply planning
- Pipeline management
- Customer trials
- BTL activities

Key Responsibities

- Annual sales target delivery
- Customer NPS score
- Monthly planning and forecast
- Channel expansion as per plan
- Pipeline management and customer conversion
- Channel sales management
- Collection

Basic Qualification

- Minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial paints
- Graduation in science stream
- Proficient in MS excel, powerpoint
- Valuable executive presence
