Role Description This Catalog Specialist role is a contract position based in New Delhi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home.

The Catalog

Specialist will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product catalogs across internal systems and online platforms, ensuring that all product information is accurate, complete, and consistent. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and validating product data, categorizing items, monitoring catalog performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve data gaps or discrepancies. The role involves analyzing catalog-related metrics to support better customer experience and recommending improvements to product listings, descriptions, and categorization.

Specialist will also collaborate with customer support and marketing teams to ensure the catalog effectively supports sales, customer inquiries, and promotional activities.
