Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cargo Operation Executive/Manager role based in Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily cargo operations, including handling freight movements, coordinating with airlines and flight operations, and ensuring cargo documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. The individual will monitor loading and unloading processes, track shipments, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth workflow and timely deliveries.





They will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer experience, manage service queries, and support continuous improvement in cargo processes. The role also includes preparing operational reports, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage customer experience effectively.

Hands-on experience in Cargo and Freight operations, including coordination with Flights and related logistics.

Knowledge of cargo documentation, regulatory requirements, and basic safety and compliance standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Proficiency in using basic office and logistics software; familiarity with cargo management systems is an advantage.

Relevant experience in aviation or cargo operations; prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred for the manager level.

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or a related field is beneficial.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a commitment to high performance and service excellence.
