Career Services Executive (Bench Recruiter) | Openings: 20 | Shift: US Shift | Hybrid Role

About the Role

We are looking for confident, articulate Career Services Executives to counsel and enroll candidates into our Career Advisory & Acceleration Programs . This role requires excellent spoken English and the ability to build rapport quickly with US-based prospects over a high volume of outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective candidates and explain the enrollment process, program details, and next steps clearly.
- Counsel candidates on available options and guide them through the enrollment/registration process end-to-end.
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, email, and messaging to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, enrollments, and follow-ups in the CRM/tracker.




- Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, operations) to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements

- Excellent command of spoken and written English — fluency is mandatory.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, counselling, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Prior experience in handling a high volume of outbound sales calls.
- Comfortable working US shift hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude.
