Experience : 15 Years (EdTech / Education / Counseling Preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or Career Counseling Certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Admissions

Counsel prospective students regarding career opportunities and available IT training programs.

Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.

Recommend suitable courses and explain program perks, curriculum, certification, and career opportunities.

Guide students through the complete admission process.

Lead Management

Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to maximize admission conversions.

Convert enquiries into successful admissions while ensuring a positive student experience.

Maintain regular communication with prospective students until enrollment.

Fee Collection & Payment Follow-up

Explain course fees, payment plans, and financing options.

Follow up with students regarding pending fee payments.

Ensure timely collection of admission fees and outstanding payments.

Admission Operations

Process admission documentation and maintain student records.

Coordinate batch scheduling with trainers and internal teams.





Update students regarding upcoming batches, schedules, and orientation sessions.

Ensure accurate and timely MIS updates.

Student Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with students.

Develop and maintain a strong alumni network.

Organize student engagement activities, seminars, and interactive sessions.

Address student concerns and provide ongoing support throughout their learning journey.

Performance & Reporting

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Maintain daily reports on enquiries, admissions, follow-ups, and conversions.

Prepare admission MIS reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and admission procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's Degree or Career Counseling Certification is preferred.

15 years of experience in Career Counseling, Admissions, Education Sales, Student Counseling, or EdTech.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling may also apply.
