Designation: Student Success Manager (Counsellor)

Working Days: 5 Days working
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, especially for European countries (Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, etc.).
- Manage the complete admission process from counselling to visa filing.
- Guide students on university selection, applications, documentation, and visa requirements.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve admission, enrollment, and conversion targets.
Key Skills:
- Overseas education counselling experience
- University application and visa processing knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Target-oriented with robust problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
