About the Role

We're seeking experienced Care Partners to join our team in permanent part time and casual positions.

Working alongside a supportive, values-led team, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents with complex needs while contributing to The Selwyn Way - our holistic approach to supporting the whole person.

We offer fixed shift patterns, competitive pay, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues alike.

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years' NZ aged care experience, including dementia and hospital-level care
- Level 3 or 4 Health & Wellbeing qualification preferred
- Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Permanent NZ work rights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- A calm, empathetic and professional approach to care
- Physical capability to perform the demands of the role
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care
