Role Description The Career Coach role at PInterview is a full time remote position focused on supporting users in their interview and career preparation journeys. On a day-to-day basis, the Career Coach conducts 1-to-1 online mock interviews, provides structured feedback, and guides clients on improving their interview performance and communication skills. The role involves delivering career counseling and job coaching sessions, helping users identify career goals, prepare strategies for job searches, and build confidence for real interviews.

high-quality experience for all users across different interview formats and career stages.

Qualifications

Strong Job Coaching and Career Coaching skills, with the ability to guide individuals through career transitions and job search strategies.

Experience in Career Counseling and Career Development, including goal setting, skills assessment, and long-term planning.

Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback in both verbal and written formats.

Proficiency in Interview Preparation, including behavioral, HR, technical, and domain-specific interviews.

Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or talent development, preferably with diverse student and professional populations.

Familiarity with recruitment processes, hiring practices, and current job market trends across multiple industries.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage scheduling, and handle multiple client sessions efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in coaching or counseling are a plus.

Comfort using online video platforms and digital tools to deliver virtual coaching sessions.

Commitment to providing inclusive, non-judgmental, and supportive guidance to individuals from varied backgrounds.
