Key Responsibilities • Build and strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells.





- Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
- Manage campus engagement initiatives, pre-placement talks, and hiring events.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the campus hiring process.
- Maintain hiring dashboards and provide regular updates on campus recruitment progress.

Ideal

Candidate • 2–5 years of experience in Campus Recruitment is mandatory.

- Strong network with colleges and placement offices is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campus drives simultaneously.
