Primary Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end capability strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap

Define and articulate business value statements, capability vision, and future direction

Establish KPI targets and make decisions to maintain, scale, or de‑invest capabilities

Drive operational readiness, ensuring alignment with engineering, operations, and business teams

Build solid cross‑enterprise relationships to accelerate adoption and ensure long‑term fit

Evaluate market, competitive, and customer insights to identify new opportunities

Lead demos, stakeholder communications, and business case development for strategic initiatives

Anticipate risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies

Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

7+ years of experience in product management, capability management, or healthcare technology

Solid knowledge of healthcare operations, PBM, specialty workflow, and enterprise data flows

Deep strategic thinking and proven ability to influence without authority
