Role Description The Campaign Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end client campaigns, including understanding client objectives, developing campaign plans, coordinating internal teams, and overseeing execution.

Executive will communicate regularly with clients, prepare performance reports, track campaign metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve results. Day-to-day tasks include organizing campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves participating in strategy discussions, supporting new business opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement of campaign processes.

Qualifications Demonstrated skills in account management and client service, with the ability to build strong, qualified relationships and manage expectations.

Experience in campaign planning and execution, including organizing workflows,



coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring performance metrics.

Strong communication and presentation abilities, including clear written documentation and confident verbal communication in meetings and client interactions.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and comfort working with CRM or campaign management platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Prior experience in advertising, recruitment marketing, or related campaign-focused roles is an advantage.
