Roles and responsibilities:

- Own key product areas end to end, from customer discovery - solution - delivery - impact.
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Partner closely with design to deliver simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Use data and insights to drive prioritization and decision-making.
- Write clear, outcome-driven PRDs and collaborate closely with engineering on execution.
- Track adoption, usage, and retention; iterate based on real signals.
- Engage regularly with customers to uncover real problems and validate solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and support on launches and positioning.
- Mentor PMs and raise the overall bar on product thinking.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Solid product sense and customer-first mindset.
- Solid understanding of UX, user research, and analytics.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering and understanding technical trade-offs.
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
