Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Business Strategy Manager to work directly with the Directors and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should be confident, analytical, execution-focused, and capable of handling cross-functional responsibilities while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with the Directors on strategic initiatives.

· Develop and execute business growth strategies.

· Improve business processes, operations, and SOPs.

· Coordinate with Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments.

· Identify new business opportunities and support expansion plans.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Prepare business proposals, reports, and leadership presentations.

· Drive strategic projects from planning to execution.





· Support business development initiatives and represent the company in client meetings whenever required.

· Monitor performance and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

Eligibility :

· Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

· 3–4 years of experience in Business Strategy, Business Development, Operations, Project Management, Consulting, or Corporate Planning.

· Experience in the Fractional Business Model, Investment Industry, Wealth Management, Pre-IPO, Financial Services, or Franchise Business will be an added advantage.

· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
